Operation experience on preventing the coating and clogging fo SLC S kiln system

从实际操作入手，分析了预热器系统各级旋风筒和分解炉堵塞以及窑尾上升烟道结皮的原因，提出了预热、投料、运行和停窑各个阶段的操作要点，对结皮堵塞的判断和处理也作了简单的介绍。

Abstract The reasons of clogging of cyclone and calciner in preheater system and formation of coating at ascending flue of kiln back end were discussed on basis of actual operation. The main points of operation at the process stage as preheating, feeding, operating and kiln shutdown were raised. The determination and handling methods for coating and clogging were also briefly introduced.
