针罐配合耳穴治疗中心型肥胖临床研究

Clinical Research of Central Obesity Treated with Acupuncture,Cupping and Auricular Therapy

目的探讨针罐配合耳穴治疗中心型肥胖的临床疗效。方法92例患者随机分为两组,其中对照组44例,针罐配合耳穴治疗组(治疗组)48例。药物组口服西布曲明;治疗组针刺中脘、关元、天枢等,配合背腰部督脉、足太阳膀胱经上走罐及耳穴压豆。3个疗程结束后对其体重、BMI、腰围、臀围和腰臀比及F%进行观察。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,与对照组比较无显著性差异;两组各项观察指标均较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论针罐配合耳穴治疗中心型肥胖疗效确切,与口服药物相比无毒副作用,患者依从性好,是一种理想的治疗方法。

Objective To probe into the clinical efficacy on central obesity treated with acupuncture, cupping and auricular therapy. Methods 92 cases were randomly divided into two groups,in which ,44 cases in control group（ medication group）and 48 cases in acupuncture, cupping and auricular therapy group （treatment group）. In medication group, sihutramine was administered orally. In treatment group, acupuncture was applied on Zhongwan （ CV12 ） , Guanyuan （CV4） and Tianshu （ ST25 ） , in combination with cupping along the Governor Vessel and the bladder meridian of foot - taiyang on the back, and auricular therapy. At the end of three courses of treatment,body weight, BMI, waist, hip and the waist - hip ratio as well as F% were observed. Results The total effective rate was 87.5% in treatment group,without significant difference indicated in comparison with medication group. Every index observed in two groups was reduced significantly compared with that before the treatment （P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture, cupping and auricular therapy in combination has a definite therapeutic effect on central obesity and it is an ideal therapy without toxic side effect compared with oral medication and good compliance for patients.
