中西部地区特殊教育学校建设案例研究

A Case Study of Special Educatioin School Construction in Midwest China

国家出台政策大力发展中西部地区特殊教育。本文以四川省为例,在分析现状基础上,针对该省新建特殊教育学校布局、校园安全、学校定位以及建立健全保障机制等方面提出发展建议。

The central government of China has promulgated the policy to develop special education in the central and western regions. Taking Siehuan province as an example, based on analyzing its current situation of special education, this study provides some suggestions for the government on the school layout, campus safety, school position, as well as how to establish a sound protection mechanism.
