摘要
Agent协商技术是解决分布式生产调度、进度控制问题最有效的手段。针对敏捷制造系统中的成员企业来自独立经营的经济实体、合作关系具有协商的特点,构建了基于"赔偿式"协商的敏捷制造生产进度控制系统框架。重点研究了"赔偿式"协商模型中基于约束属性的协商协议、各协商方的效用策略以及基于插值学习技术的报价策略。实验结果表明:该模型可保证在总费用、总工期不变的前提下,以效用转移的思想协调和控制生产进程,进而实现各成员企业利益"共赢"。
Negotiation method based on agent is an effective way for distributed production scheduling and progress control problem. Since manufacturing units in an agile manufacturing system come from independent economic entity and their cooperative relations is characterized by negotiation, an agile manufacturing production schedule control system framework based on compensatory negotiation is presented. The negotiation protocol based on constrained attributes in compensatory negotiation model is addressed, including utility strategy for all participants and pricing strategy based on interpolation learning technology. Experiment results show that this model can guarantee the production process to be coordinated and controlled under the direction of utility transfer within the fixed time with fixed expenses so that it can achieve favorable situation for all participants.
