摘要
针对机械加工方案评价模型难以建立,评价过程计算繁杂的问题,提出一种可拓综合评价方法。运用基元理论,建立各工艺方案的物元模型,确定评价指标权值,通过计算可拓关联度,得出两级优度评价结果,最后通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。由于不涉及具体的加工特征和加工方法,所建立的模型具有通用性。
We put forward a comprehensive evaluation method to deal with the problem that the machining program evaluation model is diffieuh to establish and the process of evaluating is complex. First, the matter element model of machining program is established by the primitive element theory. Then, we determine the evaluation weight, and use comprehensive assessment to realize two related evaluation. Finally, an example verifies the effectiveness of the method. The model is versatile since it does not involve specific characteristics and processing method.
