摘要
实践经验表明,尿素防冻剂只适宜在最低环境温度-10℃左右使用,否则难以避免混凝土结构中某些部分遭受局部冻害。若尿素用量稍大,混凝土缓凝明显,终凝后强度增长亦缓慢,在规定温度(例如-10℃)冻养7d后不能达到规范中抗压强度比20%的要求。
The practical experience has demostrated that urea freeze-proof agent could be only applied in a negative temperature situation about -10℃.Otherwise,it can hardly to eliminate freezing damage on concrete crystal in certain parts. If the amount of urea is a bit over-used,the concrete's setting would be retarded considerably,and therefore the final setting strength would be accordingly retarded.Thus at an assured and fixed temperature(such as -10℃),the compressive strength of concrete after 7 d freeze-curing period,could not meet 20% of concrete compressive strength requirement.
