摘要
研究了La含量对GH230合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,当合金La质量分数达到0.048%时,合金中析出新相——富镧相;而且合金含La量还影响晶界二次M23C6型碳化物析出形态,即晶界二次M23C6型碳化物形态逐渐由胞状(w(La)为0%试验合金)向片状(w(La)为0.026,w(La)为0.048%试验合金)、链状(w(La)为0.087%试验合金)转变。但是合金含La量对一次M6C型碳化物相数量、尺寸、分布以及合金基体的晶粒尺寸影响较小。La通过改变合金组织而影响其室温力学性能和927℃、62MPa条件下的持久寿命。
The effect of lanthanum content on the microstructure and properties of GH230 alloy was studied. The experimental results showed that a La-riched phase was precipitated in the GH230 alloy with 0. 048% La( weight percent), it also revealed that the lanthanum content influenced the morphology of the secondary M23C6 carbides precipitated along the grain boundary. But the lanthanum content had little influence on the quantities, size, morphology of the primary M6 C carbides and the grain size of the GH230 allby. The mechanical properties of the GH230 alloy varied with different content of lanthanum.
