水基丙烯酸酯改性醋酸乙烯乳液的研究

Study on VAc emulsion modified by water-based 2-EHA

通过乳液聚合法制备了丙烯酸异辛酯（2-EHA）改性醋酸乙烯（VAc）水性乳液。该乳液由VAc／2-EHA、水、聚乙烯醇（PVA）和乳化剂等配制而成。讨论了工艺条件及配方组分对乳液性能的影响，并确定了基本配方。结果表明：当聚合温度为70-80℃、ω（过硫酸钾引发剂）=1—3份、ω（OP-10）=0．83％～1．25％（相对于混合单体而言）、ω（SDS）=0.63％-0．83％（相对于混合单体而言）、以异辛醇为消泡剂且使用合适的助剂时，该乳液具有韧性好、粘接强度高、可常温粘接、使用方便、毒性小和无污染等优点，可用作水性涂料的基料以及木材、纸张用胶粘剂等。

A vinyl aeetate（VAc） emulsion modified by 2-ethylhexyl acrylate（2-EHA） was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The emulsion consist of VAC/2-EHA ,water, polyvinyl alcohol （PVA）,emulsifier and other materials. The influences of technology condition and component in formula were discussed on emulsion performances, and the basis formula was determined. The results showed that the emulsion had some advantages such as good toughness,high bonding strength,adhibited at room temperature,no pollution,lower toxic and easy to use when polymerization temperature was 70-80 %, mass fraction of potassium persulphate initiator was 1-3 phr,mass fraction of OP-10 and SDS was 0.83%-1.25% and 0.63%-0.83% respectively in mix monomers,isooctanol as antifoam and appropriate addition agents were used. It can be used for matrix of water-based coating or adhesives of paper and wood.
