摘要
随着高校人事制度改革的推进,各高校图书馆在提升自己核心竞争力的同时必然要从更广的角度、更大的范围、更高的效率来配置人力资源,人才租赁用人机制正是其改革的一个亮点。文章简要介绍人才租赁的关系模型,分析了实施人才租赁模式给高校图书馆带来的影响,并提出在人才租赁模式下高校图书馆人才资源构建与管理的具体措施。
With the personnel system reforms in colleges and universities,the libraries of colleges and universities are promoting their core competitiveness,at the same time,it is necessary to rationally allocate the human resources from a broader perspective,greater scope and higher efficiency.Personnel leasing employment mechanism is a bright spot in its reform,and the article makes a brief introduction to personnel leasing mode,and advances some concrete measures to the construction and management of human resources of university libraries in personnel leasing mode.
