摘要
建立了防腐木材抽提液中十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(BAC)的高效液相色谱分析方法。通过使用Venusil SCX柱.将氧化铵溶于V(甲醇):V(水)=5:1混合液作为流动相,检测波长262nm,在质量浓度10~1000mg/L的相关系数为0.9997.相对标准偏差0.235%,平均加标回收率为100.9%,检出限1.0mg/L。该方法适用于分析防腐木材抽提液中BAC的含量。
The authors developed a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method to analyze Benzyl-dimethyl-dodecyl-ammonium chloride (BAC) from an extracted solution of preservative-treated wood. The parameters of this method were as follows: a venusil SCX separating column; a 5 : 1 methanol to water volume ratio, ammonium chloride and acetic acid was used as a mobile phase; and a 262 nm wavelength UV detector. The linear correlation of this method was 0. 999 7 at a 10 to 1000 mg/L BAC concentration. The average recovery of spiked samples was 100.9%. The relative standard deviation was 0. 235% and the detection limit was 1.0 mg/L.
