某型号锻压机床上梁有限元分析及结构优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 在满足锻压机床上梁强度和刚度要求的情况下,集成ISIGHT/ANSYS/Pro/e进行结构设计优化.在结构优化中,保证体积不变,以减小最大应力和应变为目标,重点考虑上梁两边孔的位置.通过ISIGHT软件构建了一个锻压机床上梁结构尺寸优化软件集成系统,实现了上梁结构优化的整个过程.优化结果表明通过该设计方法得到的上梁孔结构布局合理且能够满足强度要求. Optimization is utilized for higher beam structure of a hydraulic press through integrating ISIGHT, ANSYS and Pro/e in the condition of strength and stiffness request for higher beam. The holes position on the higher beam is considered in the structure optimization design with the maximum stress and maximum strain taken as objective function. An integrated software system for higher beam structure dimension optimi- zation is built based on ISIGHT; and then the whole optimizing process is carried out. It is shown that the optimization result with the holes positions on the higher beam is reasonable with the request of structure strength.
