摘要 分析了高效液相色谱法测定黄鱼中碱性橙染料的过程,并建立了相应的数学模型。对数学模型中各个参数进行不确定度来源分析,按照国际通用方法对各不确定度分量进行合成和扩展,得到测试结果的不确定度。对评定结果的分析表明:由标准曲线所得的样品处理液中碱性橙浓度的不确定度为影响测定结果的主要因素。 A mathematic model for evaluating the uncertainty of the determination procedure for basic orange II in yellow croaker by HPLC was established. The uncertainty sources for each of the parameters in the model were analyzed. According to the international general method, the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended, respectively to obtain the uncertainty evaluation. The results indicated that uncertainty of the concentration of basic orange II in the processed sample liquid which generated from the calibration curve was the main source of uncertainties.
