摘要
引进6个秋季菜用大豆新品种,对其鲜荚采摘期的农艺性状及品质性状等进行了研究。研究结果表明,萧农秋艳产量高,鲜荚翠绿,商品性好,豆粒较香、软糯,蒸煮后微甜,口感好,可作为秋大豆品种示范推广;07-6虽然产量低,但口感最好,可考虑提高种植密度进一步试验观察。
We introduced 6 new cultivars of autumn vegetable soybean, and the agronomic and quality characters at freshpod picking period were observed. The results showed that the cultivar of Xiaonongqiuyan had high yield, green and crisp fresh-pod, fragrant and soft soybean and sweet taste. It is suitable to be cultivated and extended as autumn soybean. The cultivar of 07-6 had low yield but the best taste, so we will increas density to test and observe it again.
