摘要
以茄子种子为试验材料,研究了28℃、低温胁迫(5℃)与低温胁迫+胁迫解除后茄种子萌发的变化。研究结果表明,低温胁迫对茄子种子萌发有明显的抑制作用,发芽势、发芽率显著下降。种子露白后胁迫解除,种子萌发趋向正常,说明茄子种子对短期低温胁迫有一定的耐受性。
The effect of temperature, 28℃, 5℃ and after cold relief, on the seed germination was studied in eggplant. The results showed that cold stress could inhibit the development of germination, and germination index, germination percentages was dropped. However, the cold-treated seed could germinate normally when they were placed in 28℃ after they were treated in cold until germinated. It indicate that the eggplant seed can tolerane cold for short time.
