摘要
目的:观察结肠透析联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将63例患者随机分为两组。对照组31例,予护肝、退黄、促肝细胞生长等综合支持治疗;治疗组32例,在上述综合支持治疗基础上加用结肠透析联合中药保留灌肠治疗。观察两组治疗4周后中医症状积分、实验室指标,并进行疗效分析。结果:4周后治疗组中医症状积分降低,肝功能指标改善,总有效率61.3%,与对照组相比,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:结肠透析联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎可减轻临床症状,改善生化指标,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To investgate the effects of colon dialysis by traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B. Methods： Sixty three cases of chronic severe hepatitis B patients were divided into two groups randomly. Observation group was treated with general western treatment. Treatment group was added with JS-308F herbal colon dialysis, 2 or 3 times a week. Results： The Chinese medicine symptom score was reduced and total effective rate was significantly promoted, compared with control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Herbal colon dialysis can relieve the syptoms of severe type of hepatitis B patients and increase effective rate.
