摘要
某油田处理厂研制出的污油泥分解剂BHWF-03,经一系列室内试验研究,并成功进行中试。对分离出的污泥进行成分分析,结合药剂成分,解释药剂作用机理。通过比对试验显示,经过污油泥分解剂BHWF-03处理的原油可直接与成品原油进行混合外输。
The field trial of offshore oilfield sludge treating chemical BHWF-03 is performed successfully after a series of lab synthesis and evaluation tests.Its chemical working mechanism is discussed based on the analysis data of deposited solid /water/oil and chemical composition.The onsitu analysis results show that the oil separated from sludge can be transported to refinery after being mixed with normal oil satisfying offloading requirements.
