大型球磨机主传动齿轮的磨合修复与操作润滑

Running-in Recovery and Operation Lubrication of Main Drive Gear in Large Ball Mill

溢流型球磨机主传动齿轮属低速重载开式齿轮副,是球磨机运转的关键部件。由于负载大,转速低,加之工作环境恶劣,因此润滑条件极其苛刻。本文根据江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂选矿车间的实际经验,总结出一套完善的球磨机开式大齿轮损伤之修复及操作润滑方案。

Main drive gears of spill ball mill are low speed and heavy load gear pair,as well as the key parts of ball mill operation.Because of low speed,heavy load and adverse working environment,the lubricating condition is very harsh.According to he practical experience of mineral workshop in Guixi Smelter,JCC,this paper summarizes a perfect scheme of damage recovery and operation lubrication for the exposed large gear on the ball mill.
