Application of RFID Technology in Securing Food Supply Chain

RFID是一种非接触式自动识别技术,主要通过射频信号自动识别目标对象并获取相关信息。本文首先介绍了RFID的工作原理和在安全食品供应链中应用的意义,然后阐述了其在食品的生产、加工、运输、仓储、销售等各个供应链环节的应用,最后分析了其在安全食品供应链应用中存在的成本过高、标准不统一、数据安全和隐私保护的忧虑、企业信息化程度不高和技术开发落后等主要问题,结合国内外在应用RFID技术中的经验,提出相应的解决对策。

Food security has increasingly become the focus of attention. Based on production, processing, storage, transportation, sales and other links in the food supply chain, this article discusses the specific application of RFI technology in the food industry. Finally, problems in applying RFID technique in securing food supply chain were analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward.
