摘要
通过土地制度的改革来寻求解决中国三农问题及其他各种问题的思路,缺少总量概念和辩证思维。目前,小产权房因其价格的相对低廉而存在,使少部分郊区农民受益,但并不能惠及多数农民,也不能很好地解决城乡结构与差距问题,反而会导致一个庞大的土地食利集团的形成,产生一系列新的问题。
There is a lack of gross concept and dialectic thought in the dealing with the bottleneck of three rural issues and other problems by means of reforming the land institutions. Small property estate exists because of its relative low price, which benefits some suburb farmers but does not benefit most farmers. What' s more, small property estate which cannot solve the urban-rural disparity will form a land rentier group and cause a series of new problems.
