摘要 为探寻超级杂交稻根系早衰的解决方法,采用两优培九(培矮64S×9311,两系超级杂交稻组合)、汕优63(珍汕97A×明恢63,三系杂交稻组合)与湘洲8号(常规中稻品种)3个不同类型的水稻品种(组合),于孕穗期和抽穗期进行20mg/L6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)叶面喷施效果试验.结果表明:不同类型水稻品种(组合)在孕穗期适当地喷施6-BA,能够增加其不定根数量,在抽穗期喷施能够减缓不定根的衰老,喷施6-BA,能显著或极显著增加孕穗期、抽穗期单株不定根总长,促进前期根系最长根长的增加(后期效果不明显);激素处理能够提高水稻生育中后期的单株根干重和根体积. In order to explore methods to solve early aging of root of hybrid rice, Liangyoupeijiu (Peiai64S ×9311, twoline super hybrid rice), Shanyou63 (Zhenshan97A×Minghui63, threeline hybrid rice), Xiangzhou8 (conventional middle rice) were chosen to be sprayed with foreign hormone 6-BA at booting stage and heading stage. The main results are as follows: By spraying 6-BA at desirable concentration, number of adventitious roots per plant(NARP) increased before heading stage, while after heading stage, the decrease of NARP retarded. Total length of adventitious roots per plant(TLRP) increased significantly at both booting stage and heading stage, and retarded senescence. Length of longest adventitious root(LLAR) increased at early stage, but the effect was not obvious at late stage, and dry weight of root per plant(RDWP) and bulk of roots per plant (BRP) increased significantly at middle and late growth stage.
