摘要
以13种叶菜种子为材料,研究不同浓度的铅溶液对叶菜种子发芽和幼苗根长、芽长、生物量的影响.结果表明,铅对各指标的影响由大至小依次为根长、芽长、生物量、发芽指数、发芽率;根长抑制指数Ⅱ达29.10,是发芽率抑制指数Ⅱ的51倍;各叶菜各铅浓度根长间都存在显著差异(P<0.05).十字花科叶菜的耐铅性比菊科和苋科强,耐铅性较差的有白尖叶苋菜、油麦菜、生菜和花芽甜麦菜.
The seeds of 13 leafy vegetables were used to study the effects of Pb stress on seed germination, root length, shoot length and biomass. The results showed that the effects of different indexes were in the order of root 〉 shoot ≈ biomass weight 〉 germination index 〉 germination rate. Root inhibition index Ⅰ/ reached 29.10, which were 51 times as germination index Ⅱ. And the root length of each leafy vegetable had a significant difference (P 〈 0.05) among different Pb concentrations. Pb tolerance of Brassicaceae Families vegetables were stronger than that of Amaranthaceae and Compositae. The vegetables, Amaranthus albus Linn., Lactuca sativa Linn. var. angustata Irish ex Bremer, Lactuca sativa Lirm. var. ramosa Hort., Sonchus lingiaus Shih, were sensitive to Pb stress.
