摘要 为测试和验证高压共轨柴油机电控单元的控制策略,设计了一套基于cRIO控制器的ECU硬件在环仿真系统.系统采集高压共轨柴油机的执行机构信号,用DMA方式将数据送至cRIO0控制器,经燃油喷射和排气阀驱动数学模型计算,输出控制模拟曲轴电机转速和保证ECU正常工作的信号.系统还在NIPXI平台设计了ECU监测记录模块.系统的设计可节省高压共轨柴油机ECU测试试验费用和缩短开发优化周期. In order to testify the control strategy for Electronic Control Unit of high pressure common rail diesel engine, a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation system based on cRIO reaLtime controller was designed The HIL system acquires the mechanism signals of the high pressure common rail diesel engine, transfers the data to cRIO reaLtime controller by using DMA method, and processes the data by the fuel injection mathematical model and the exhaust valve drive mathematical model. The signals were input for controlling simulative crank electromotor speed and keeping ECU running well. Besides, an ECU monitor module was implemented in the HIL system from NI PXI plant-form. The utilization of the system can save ECU test cost for the high pressure common rail diesel engine and shorten the system developing and optimizing life-cycle.
