摘要
通过分析变频液压舵机系统的工作原理,建立其数学模型,并在Matlab Simulink软件平台上建立仿真模型.通过与实测值比较,修正所建的模型,直至仿真计算精度达到较高水平.说明变频液压舵机系统仿真时,不可忽视变频电机的动态响应特性,以及机械结构中存在的间隙、液压系统中存在泄漏等因素.仿真计算结果说明,当增大控制器比例系数、减小转舵油缸面积和转舵油缸中心线与舵杆中心之间的距离时,可以提高系统的响应速度.
Through analyzing working principle of the variable frequency hydraulic steering gear system, mathematical model was set up using Matlab Simulink software; the model was modified by comparing with measurement data until the calculation accuracy reaches higher level; the dynamic response characteristics of the variable frequency motor can not be neglected when the simulation was made, and also not the mechanical clearance and the leakage of hydraulic system. Based on the simulation, the steering gear system response will become quicker when increase the proportional coefficient of controller and reduce the area of cylinder and the distance between the centre lines of cylinder and the rudder stock.
