深水半潜式钻井平台隔水管存储形式及作业功效研究 被引量:8

摘要 隔水管是深水半潜式钻井平台重要配置,为建造国内有自主知识产权第六代半潜式钻井平台地需要,对隔水管在平台两种存储形式即立放和平放形式进行研究,从所需设备配置、占用甲板面积、重心、总体布局和作业效率等多个方面对比分析立放和平放两种存储形式的优缺点.隔水管存放方式选择主要取决于公司设计理念和设计习惯及平台运营商的价值取向,文章所涉及的研究对国内半潜式钻井平台设计和隔水管作业有一定参考作用. In order to construct the 6^th generation semi-submersible drilling platform with the independent intellectual property rights, the paper makes a study on two riser storage modes which are vertical riser storage and horizontal riser storage for riser was key equipment of semi-submersible drilling platform and channel between platform and well head. The paper analyzed two storage model and equipment configuration by comparing to pros and cons from occupying deck area, center of gravity, general layout to operation efficiency. The selection of location mode mainly depends on design concept and design custom of the company and value orientation of operating agency. The study referred m the paper offers references for the design of semi-submersible drilling platform of our country and riser operation.
