摘要
在电容层析成像系统中,要求移相器的输出必须与检测信号达到精确同频同相,从而保证相敏解调输出的准确性.而在检测系统中存在大量杂散电容,使检测信号产生相移.为提高检测的准确性,以12电极油水两相流电容层析成像系统为研究对象,在分析电容层析成像系统测量原理的基础上,设计了电容层析成像检测系统,系统采用相干解调的方法避免了杂散电容对相位的影响.并通过实验验证了方法是实用可行的.
In ECT system, it is requested that the output signal of the phase shifter must have the same frequency and phase with the detect signals to ensure the accuracy of the phase-sensitive demodulator' s output. But in the detection system there are a large number of stray capacitance, which makes phase shift of the detect signals. To improve the accuracy of the detection, the research of 12-electrode oil-water two-phase flows electrical capacitance tomography system was carried out. Based on the analysis of the ECT system principle, the ECT detection system using relevant technology which can avoid the impact phase of the stray capacitance was designed. And the experimental results show that the method is practicable to the measurement of small capacitance.
