摘要
研究了泥炭腐植酸的硝化反应过程,考察了泥炭腐植酸硝化反应时间及硝酸浓度的不同对产物泥炭硝基腐植酸中的总氮含量、硝态氮含量、碱水解后硝态氮含量的影响.腐植酸硝化反应的产率随硝酸浓度的增加、反应时间的延长而降低,E4/E6值增加,从而证明了硝化过程中存在着腐植酸分子的氧化降解反应.硝态氮含量存在最大值则说明硝化反应主要发生在腐植酸分子中的芳核上.
The process of nitration reaction of peat humic acid has been investigated by analyzing the different effect for different reaction condition ( such as, reaction time and the concentration of nitric acid). The effects include the contents of nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen, the contents of nitrate nitrogen after alkali hydrolyzation. The yield of the nitration of humic acid will reduce with the increase of nitrate concentration and the extension of the reaction time. The value of E4/E6 will increase ; it proved that there is an oxidative degradation reaction of the humic acid in the process of nitration reaction. The max value of the nitrate nitrogen shows that the nitration mostly occurs on the aroma nuclear of the humic acid.
