摘要
研究了以二甘醇作溶剂萃取乙烯焦油窄馏分(205~225℃)中萘的可行性,考察了萃取剂用量、萃取温度、萃取时间对萃取效果的影响。通过气相色谱定性检测了萘并定量测得了萃取前后萘的纯度的变化。由实验得出:当剂油比为8∶1(m/m)、萃取温度70℃、萃取时间50min时,萘的单程收率达到90%,2次萃取后得到的萘为白色略带微黄晶体,纯度95.0%,比原料中萘的纯度提高了42.3%。
The feasibility of extraction of naphthalene from the narrow fraction (205-230℃) of ethylene tar with diglycol has been studied. Results showed that the extraction ration of naphthalene was up to 90% under the operation conditions of mass ration 8.0 of extraction agent to raw material, temperature at 70℃ and extraction time 50 min. The purity of naphthalene was 95% after twice extraction, 42.3% higher than that before extraction.
