摘要
1998年,Terry采用HYSYS软件,对典型的调峰型天然气液化流程进行了模拟计算与优化。我国目前缺乏天然气液化流程设计经验,在专用天然气液化模拟软件的开发方面比较欠缺[1]。而HYSYS软件正好可以弥补这一缺陷。用HYSYS软件可以很方便地对混合冷剂的组成进行优化。本文以采用闭式混和冷剂液化流程的基本负荷型液化装置的利比亚伊索工厂为例,用HYSYS软件进行了计算,给出了HYSYS软件计算流程模型和计算结果,可供从事液化天然气设计等人员参考。
In China, not only the design experience but also the development of professional simulation software for natural gas liquefaction is lacked. Now HYSYS software just bridges the gap. It can optimize the composition of mixed refrigerant conveniently. Quoting tight mixed refrigerant cycle in basic-load liquefaction unit in Libya Sirte Oil Company as an example, the paper presented the computation process model and results with HYSYS, as is referent to the LNG designers.
