摘要
使用水热合成法,在473K下晶化96 h合成了SAPO-17,通过XRD、SEM等表征手段对分子筛的结构和形貌进行了分析。此外,对273K和300K温度下单组分等温吸附曲线进行了分析。首次使用SAPO-17分子筛对CO2/CH4/N2体系进行吸附分离性能研究,根据吸附等温线求解了亨利常数。结果表明,CO2和分子筛的相互作用要远远强于CH4以及N2与分子筛的相互作用,SAPO-17分子筛能够有效地分离CO2/CH4和CO2/N2。
SAPO-17 was prepared by hydrothermal crystallization of saturated gels at 473K for 48 h. It was characterized by means of X-ray power diffraction (XRD), scanning electron micrographs (SEM). The adsorption isotherm of single component was measured at different temperature (273K and 300K) and analyzed. The results indicated that the XRD pattern for the SAPO-17 matched well for other literature and SAPO-17 had strong selective behavior to CO2 and it might be a good candidate for the purification of natural gas.
