摘要
采用自制的SE-30(50m×0.25mm×0.6μm)毛细管色谱柱建立了碳五原料及其产品异戊二烯和间戊二烯的分析方法。在规定的色谱条件下,难分离物质对环戊二烯与顺-1,3-戊二烯的分离度为1.64。试样中主要二烯烃组分异戊二烯、间戊二烯、环戊二烯和双环戊二烯重复分析的相对标准偏差在0.56%~0.62%之间。采用自制的SE-30(30m×0.25mm×0.3μm)毛细管色谱柱建立了双环戊二烯的分析方法。双环戊二烯重复分析的相对标准偏差在0.13%。采用面积归一法定量。该方法操作简便、分析准确,适合在工厂推广应用。
Analysis methods of C5 fraction,isoprene and 1,3-pentadiene were developed with self-made SE-30(50m×0.25mm×0.6μm)capillary column, meanwhile, another method of analyzing dicyclopentadiene was established with self-made SE-30(30m×0.25mm×0.3μm)capillary column. In the given chromatographic conditions, the resolution was 1.64 for the most difficult separating component pairs such as cyclopentadiene and cis-1,3-pentadiene. The relative standard deviation of the repeatability analysis of the main components(such as isoprene, 1,3-pentadiene, cyclopentadiene and dicyclopentadiene) in sample were between 0.56% and 0.62%. The relative standard deviation of the repeatability analysis of dicyclopentadiene was 0.13%.Area normalization method was used for quantitative analysis. The analysis methods are simple and accurate, being suitable for the application in the factory.
