摘要
评价了试验室自制的亚铁离子络合物型除硫剂,该除硫剂是以二价铁离子与碳水化合物衍生物复合而成的,在水基钻井液中能高度溶解,并且在pH值为12的环境下不会沉淀,在钻井液体系pH值为9时除硫效率最高,可以达到98.6%左右。在60℃环境中除硫剂与硫化氢比值为1.4时,对钻具的缓蚀率最高为71.23%,,可以显著缓解H2S对钻具的腐蚀。该除硫剂与常用的聚磺钻井液具有良好的配伍性,对钻井液的流变性和失水都没有明显的影响。
The performance of the ferric ion complex sulphide scavenger is tested in laboratory. This sulphide scavenger is synthesized by ferrous and derivate of carbohydrates. It is easy dissolved in water-base drilling fluid and cannot subside when the pH value is 12, while the desulphuration efficiency can get as high as 98.6% as the pH value of drilling fluids is 9. Under 70℃, the highest corrosion control efficiency value is 71.23 %, which can remarkably slow down the corrosion rate for drilling rig. The sulphide scavenger is good compatible with poly-sulfonate drilling fluids, and won’t obviously affect the rheology and filtration loss of the drilling fluid. The desulfuration has rapid reaction velocity and high reaction effectiveness. It not only prolong the life of drilling rig, but also protect people not be infected by H2S.
