摘要
为了提高轧管机工作机构的运动稳定性,首先利用ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)软件建立虚拟样机模型,并进行运动仿真分析;然后参数化模型,以机架加速度绝对值的最大值最小为目标函数,对模型各设计变量进行设计研究,找出对机构运动稳定性影响较大的变量;最后对模型进行优化设计。优化结果表明,使用ADAMS软件仿真优化得到的机构参数符合实际情况,满足设计的要求,证明了该方法的可行性。
In order to enhance the stability of working mechanism of pipe mill, the virtual prototype model was firstly established by ADAMS software, and the kinematics simulation was carried out. Then the model was parametrized and taking the minimum of the maximum absolute value of the rack acceleration as the objective function, the design variables of the model were studied to find out the more sensitive variables affecting the mechanism stability. Finally' the model was optimized. The optimization results showed that the mechanism parameters, which were achieved through simulation and optimization using ADAMS software, were in line with reality and satisfied the design demand. It also proved the feasibility of the method.
