摘要
针对泵体壁厚过大这一问题,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行了优化,并通过试验对优化结果进行了验证。结果表明优化结果不仅减小了壁厚,而且能够满足使用要求。从而验证采用ANSYS进行优化设计的可行性,为水泵泵体的设计提供了理论依据。
In view of wall thickness of the pump body is too large, the wall thickness is optimized by using finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the analysis results are verified experimentally. The results show that the optimization results not only reduce the wall thickness, but also meet the application requiremnts. Thus it proves the feasibility of optimization by using ANSYS and provides a theoretical basis for the design of the pump body.
