摘要
为了验证有限元分析软件ANSYS对隔爆箱体进行不同水压下的静态和瞬态分析所得到的应力分布的可靠性和准确性,对箱体进行了静态和动态的水压试验,结果表明应力分布与理论分析结果基本一致,证明了有限元理论分析的正确性,为隔爆箱体的结构设计提供了理论依据。
To verify the reliability and accuracy of the stress distribution of the box of the flameproof switchgear by using finite elemnet analysis software ANSYS, static and dynamic hydraulic pressure tests on the box have been carried out. The results show that the practical stress distribution is in accordance with the theoretical results. Thus it proves the feasibility of theoretical analysis by using ANSYS and provides a theoretical basis for the design of the box of the flameproof switchgear.
