摘要 建立了矿井提升机动力学特性方程,为了提高提升机的稳定性和舒适性,基于PID控制器算法设计,利用建模仿真软件AMESim建立了提升机的简单模型,设置参数后,结合Simulink对其进行仿真研究,分别得到了不同增益以及加入空段滤波器时的箕斗位置-时间曲线。仿真结果表明:与改变系统增益方式相比,应用PID控制器提升机的舒适性、稳定性有了明显改善。 The mine hoist dynamics equations was derived .To improve stability and comfort of mine hoist, PID controller was applied into control unit. The simulation model has been established by using AMESim soft combine with Simulink. Run the simulation model after setting parameters properly . Car position - time charts were given at different system gain and PID control system with dead band filter. The simulation results show that the hoist performance become better than without PID controller, and the comfort and stability have been improved obviously.
