摘要 针对矿用对旋式轴流风机,选用RNGk-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,在求解区域采用非结构化网格,通过求解三维N-S方程对其全流场三维湍流进行了定常的数值模拟,揭示了对旋风机内部流场的基本特性,数值模拟的结果对提高旋风机的整体性能和运行安全性具有重要的工程应有价值。 A numerical simulation of the three-dimensional steady flow field in the whole flow field, from the inlet of the collector to the outlet of the diffuse of a counter-rotating axial flow fan is performed. The unstructured grids, the RNG k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE numerical algorithm are used to solve the three-dimensional N-S equations. The simulation results show the basic characteristic of the whole flow field inside the counter-rotating axial flow fan, a performance prediction is made based on these characteristics, and the results have important value of engineering applications in the increase of the overall performance and safety in operation.
