摘要
以液压立柱装拆机的液压控制系统—电液比例阀控马达系统为研究对象,并以此建立控制系统的数学模型对其控制系统进行分析,使用MATLAB/SIMULINK建立系统的仿真模型,对系统进行了仿真研究,应用了PID控制,使系统得到了令人满意的控制性能,使用仿真技术降低了液压系统研究及设计的成本,为大缸径液压立柱装拆机研制提供了理论依据。
The study is the proportion of electro-hydraulic valve-controlled motor system, According to the system, got the mathematical model and made analysis by using the soft of MABLAB/Simulink. The application of the PID control preferably satisfied control request. The result of simulating study demonstrate that the control arithmetric was valid. The study provides a theoretical basis for the detacher development.
