摘要
利用有限元方法对某型号10t门式起重机进行了结构强度分析,获得了起重机5种工况下的应力云图和变形位移云图。当小车位于右侧行程极限位置时,起重机结构的最大应力为152.8MPa,位于主梁与柔性支腿的连接部位。最大应力接近Q235材料的许用应力177MPa,结构的安全系数比较低。该型号起重机在实际应用中,也发现在主梁与柔性支腿的联接部位出现了裂纹,所建的模型可以用来指导起重机的结构改进设计。
FEM is adopted to analyse the crane. Structural static strength of the 10 t indoors gantry crane for repair is calculated under five working conditions. The stress and deformation of crane are given. The results show maximum of crane occur in the section of grider and flexible crura when car is in the right limit state of crane. The maximum stresss is 152.8 MPa closing to allowable stresss of Q235 material. The safety factor of crane is relatively low. In the application of the cranes, the cleft is arised in section of girder and flexible crura. The results can be applied to design the crane.
