永磁高场强磁滤器的装配工艺研究

Study on Assembly Technics of Permanent Magnet High-field Magnetic Filter

针对当前永磁强磁选机磁系由于场强提高和采用高性能磁性材料使得磁系一次性装配成功比较困难,装配质量要求高的难题。使用自制的工装夹具,巧妙地利用磁系结构的部分组成零件,采用与之相应的高场强永磁磁系装配的技术工艺,安全地实现了高场强永磁磁系高质量的装配。

In view of the problems of the current permanent magnet strong magnetic field strength separator caused by utilizing high-performance magnetic materials and enhancing the magnetic field strength,which make the magnetic structure once successful assembly be more difficult and demand high assembly quality.The self-made fixture and the magnetic structure consists of parts were cleverly used , and simultaneity assembly technology of corresponding permanent magnet magnetic structure of high magnetic field strength was adopted. Finally, the high quality assembly of permanent magnet magnetic structure of the magnetic field strength was safely achieved.
