摘要 制动壳体是典型的拉深成形零件,基于DYNAFORM软件对制动壳体首次拉深进行成形过程模拟,并对其工艺参数进行优化。根据优化结果设计出首次拉深模具,进而组织生产。将首次拉深后的毛坯与仿真优化结果比较,二者吻合程度较高。基于DYNAFORM软件进行成形过程仿真,提高了一次产品设计成功率,减少了试模次数。 The braking shell is a representative part produced by drawing process. The forming process of the shell's first drawing was simulated based on DYNAFORM, and then optimizes the parameters of shell structure and technological process. According to optimized results, the designs first drawing tools for manufacture. It proves that there is a higher similarity between the simulation result and the first drawn part. It can improve the once success probability and reduce the times of trying dies by forming process numerical simulation based on DYNAFORM.
