摘要
分析了盒形件在拉深过程中的变形特点,并以一个典型盒形件—金属灯盒为实例,重点介绍了盒形件拉深成形时毛坯尺寸的确定和工艺计算的方法和步骤。还论述了在设计盒形件拉深成形时,其拉深模的凸、凹模形状和尺寸的确定原则。该方法对类似零件的工艺计算和分析有一定的参考价值。
The property of drawing a box-shaped was analyzed .The calculation of blank size and the method of technological calculation in drawing lamp box was briefly stated . By practice,it is proved that the blank size using the method can meet the accuracy of lamp box ,which has the reference value for the production of the same kinds .
