摘要 立柱检修最费工费力的是导向套的安装、拆除。采用新的动力方式,使导向套的拆装实现连续化、自动化,设计、制造一台既省力又省工的立柱拆装机是非常必要的。使用立柱拆装机可以降低工人的劳动强度,提高工人的劳动效率,提高导向套的安装质量,具有较好的经济和社会效益。 The installation and dismantling of what the vertical column examined and repaired to take a lot of work most hard is directs towards cover . Use the new motive force method , the cover making to direct towards is dismantled and is loaded the serialization realizing and the automation , namely a vertical column saved effort and economizes worker design and manufacturing is dismantled the machine loading, and the right and wrong is often necessary . Use the vertical column to dismantle the labour intensity that the machine loading can reduce worker, and raise the work efficiency of worker, and raise directing towards the installation quality overlapping , and possesses better economy and society beneficial result.
