副井信号操车一体化控制系统设计

Design of Integration Control System for Signal and Car Handing System in Assistant Shaft

介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)在副井信号操车系统技术改造中的应用,设计了PLC控制的硬件组成和软件控制方法,以及具体的PROFIBUS现场总线通信方式。新系统解决了原继电器控制的诸多问题,在节能降耗、提高效率、安全生产和推动现代化矿井建设等方面取得了良好的效果。

Mainly introduces application of PLC in technological innovation of a signal and car handing system in the assistant shaft, and gives the hardware component and the design method of the control software, as well as concrete method of fieldbus PROFIBUS communication.The new system solved many problems in the traditional system controlled by relay and contact device, it gets a good effect of less expenditure, higher productivity, higher security and modernization of the mine.
