一株硫酸盐还原菌的脱硫特性研究

The desulfurization characteristics of a strain sulfate-reducing bacterium

采用平皿夹层厌氧法，从糖蜜酒精废水处理反应器中分离到一株高效硫酸盐还原菌（Sulfate Reducing Bacteria，SRB，命名为SRB-22）。在三角瓶中对其进行脱硫性能研究。实验结果表明，当SRB-22较佳的SO4^2-去除pH值范围为7～9时，去除温度范围为30～35℃；随着初始SO4^2-浓度的加大，SRB-22对SO4^2-的去除率降低，降解时间延长。当COD／SO4^2-比值在2．4以上时，SRB-22对SO4^2-盐的去除率在第5天可以达到90％；Fe^2＋在一定浓度范围内可以提高硫酸盐的去除率。

A highly-efficient sulfate-reducing bacteria （SRB） was isolated from a molasses alcohol wastewater anaerobic treatment reactor in Guangxi, named SRB-22. The physiological and biochemical study were carried out in the flask with SRB-22. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions for SRB-22 removal rate of SO4^2- appeared to be at pH 7 - 9, 30- 35 ℃ ; the sulfate removal rate was raised with the increase of SO4^2- concentration; COD/SO4^2- ratio was about 2.4. After cultivation 5 days, the removal rate of SO4^2- could be 90% ; In a certain range of Fe^2＋ concentration, it could increase the removal rate of SO4^2-.
