城市电网性能评价指标框架的研究

Research on the Evaluation Index Framework of Urban Power Network

科学、合理的城市电网性能评价指标是定期有序地开展城市电网性能评价工作的保障。分析了目前我国城市电网性能评价指标存在的问题,提出了我国城市电网性能评价指标的设置原则及框架,对框架的指标进行了逐项说明并与国外评价指标进行了比较,还对我国城市电网性能评价工作提出了具体建议。

Scientific and rational evaluation indices of urban power network performance are the guarantee of carrying on evaluation work regularly and objectively. This paper analyzes existed problems of present indices, presents design principle and framework of evaluation indices of urban power network performance, explains this framework indices in detail and compares with the ones abroad, meanwhile proposes some specific suggestions for thetevaluation work of urban power network in China.
