摘要
做好电网调度危险点的预控工作,对确保电网稳定、安全运行十分重要。根据郴州地区电网调度的实践,分析了电网调度倒闸操作环节和事故处理环节中的危险点,并提出了相应的预控措施。
Pre-control of dangerous aspects in power network dispatching should be done thoroughly, which is very important to safeguard stability and security of network operation. Based on the practice of Chenzhou power network dispatching, the paper analyzes the dangerous aspects during transfer switching and failure processing in power network dispatching,and presents corresponding pre-control measures.
