摘要
电网建设投资大,其沉淀成本所占比例高,迫切需要寻求适应电网特点的电网建设项目投资分析方法。提出了将电网整体效益分解到各个电压等级,再根据不同电压等级变电站的容量分解到变电站的分析模型,以此来计算变电站的投资回报率。算例和应用情况表明,该模型对深入分析变电站投资效益、缩短资金回收周期、提高电网建设项目投资经济效益有重要的价值。
Because tremendous investment and high proportion of sunk costs of power network construction project, there is an urgent need to establish a return-on-investment (ROI) rate analysis method which can adapt to the characteristics of power network. This paper presents an analysis model to calculate return-on-investment rate of substation through decomposing the overall benefits of the power network first into various voltage levels, then into various substations in the proportion of their capacities. The application example shows that this model is worthy of analyzing investment returns, shortening the cycle of capital recovery, and improving the investment's economic benefit of power network construction project.
