摘要
通过对贵州省余庆县森林采伐管理试点的调查,就试点中如何放活木材经营,积极探索森林资源合理利用的新机制提出相应的对策与建议。
Based on the survey of the pilot project of forest felling management in Yuqing County, Guizhou Province, the countermeasures and suggestions about how to relax timber management and actively probe new mechanism on better use of forest resources were proposed in this paper
