摘要
对在钢铁生产过程中使用清洁能源进行了探讨。提出的太阳能光伏炼钢概念在技术层面上有2个特点:一是光电转化,转换过程直接迅速,而不会伴随任何物质转变和化学变化;二是“脱网”,即不与常规的输供电电网相搭接,其目的在于保证系统在能量方面的独立性。采用系统工程方法,对工艺过程、电热转换方式、炼钢反应器和蓄能方式进行了评选、分析和集成,经反复设计和核算,确定了光伏炼钢概念炉的基本参数,独立自主地制成了第一台公称容量为1kg的概念炉,并成功地进行了多次炼钢实验,完成了太阳能光伏炼钢从理念到现实的跨越。
It is studied to apply clean energy in the process of steel making. The photovohaic steel-making concept with solar energy is introduced with characteristics of photovoltaic effect transformation and off network. The process of transformation is direct and immediate without any substantial and chemical change. The aim of off-network unconnected with regular power grid is to ensure energy independence of the system. Processes, electro-thermal transformation modes, steel-making reactors and energy storage forms are evaluated, analyzed and integrated by the means of system engineering. The basic parameters are confirmed after the calculation and design. The first 1kg capacity photovoltaic steel-making concept furnace is designed and manufactured independently, and steel-making research is carried out successfully for several times, which turns the theory of photovoltaic steel-making into reality.
