摘要
根据鼠笼式搅拌磨机的结构特点及工作原理,通过实验分析影响该磨机粉碎效果的主要因素,找出磨机的最佳粉磨技术参数。实验结果表明,鼠笼式搅拌磨机设计合理,可用于超细水泥的加工,能获得平均粒度为6.30μm的超细水泥。
According to the structure and working principle of stirred media mills with rotational rat cage, the main factors to affect the comminution effect are analyzed through experiments, and the optimal grinding tech nical parameters are obtained. The experiment results show that the design of stirred media mills is rational and could be used for the processing of ultra-fine cement with the average diameter size of 6.3μm.
